Network Spinal Analysis™ (Network Care) is a revolutionary approach to wellness that applies low force touch at spinal gateways or certain contact points on the body. These gentle contacts help to assist the brain to connect more effectively with the spine and body, so individuals can develop new strategies for living and healing.

The intent of Network Care is to enable the body's own self generated mechanisms of movement and respiration to assist in the correction of mechanical tension and interference in the nervous system. Greater self-awareness and conscious awakening of the relationships between the body, mind, emotion, and expression of the human spirit are realized through this popular healing work.

Network Care is advanced through a series of Levels, each producing specific new abilities to adapt to the environment, make healthier choices, enjoy life and develop a healthier spine. During care, two spinal 'healing' waves develop which help improve spinal and neural integrity, adaptability, and significantly advance wellness as well as quality of life.

womens circle terrie dancing.jpg

Focused on truly manifesting the life we say we want, we will gather and explore the means, the practice and customs that sustain us in those things.  The hope of this circle is to find sisterhood and care and connection through our practices when we gather.

Relational Activities will center around Singing, Dancing, Storytelling and Silence which cultural anthropologist, Angeles Arrien identified as the four most common ways that human create wellness, community and connection.

While open to shifts as we find how best to serve all over time, this circle will begin with a practice that looks something like this.  A blend of being led, and leading, sharing our gifts and receiving others’ wisdom, in a structure that allows for flexibility and an intention for all to deepen their sense of their own value.

Trusting spirit, our bodies, our deepest heart’s longing, our strength and each other, we build together a sisterhood deeply bonded in care.

We will shift our focus with the seasons, this series of 5 gatherings begins On Wednesday, April 4 ~ 6:30pm til 8:30pm.  The request is that you commit for a season, and choose after whether or not you would like to continue, ask for something different or choose something different for your life.

    Drum Birthing (workshop)

In Native American teachings, the shape of the frame drum is a circle which represents the hoop/medicine wheel, which in turn symbolizes the endless circle of life and Mother Earth. The beat of the drum represents the heartbeat of the Mother herself and calls the Spirits and Nations together. Hearing or facilitating this “heartbeat” by playing the drum, brings healing and a deeper understanding of your connection with all life. Drumming synchronizes the left and right brains, which brings about a deeper awareness of self and (re)connects us with Spirit and all that is.

If you have ever desired to become a drum-keeper or work with the energy of the sacred drum this is an opportunity to literally birth your own sacred medicine drum. In this ceremonial workshop, you will infuse your drum with your own personal energy, prayers, intentions, and love. You will leave this powerful, sacred workshop with a 16” drum and drumstick, created with your own hands.

During the teaching portion (30%) of the workshop, you will learn about drums and drumming throughout history and across nations; gain a deeper understanding of the sacredness of the drum and the symbolism/relationship with the drumstick; learn the meaning of the hide you chose (Deer, Elk, Horse, Buffalo, Moose); how to use the drum as a sacred tool for ceremony, personal healing; and how to care for the drum. The remainder of the workshop will be spent creating the drumstick and drum.

Jamie Allen, Sitting Hawk Woman, of Cherokee descent, has been traveling the Red Road for 10 years and has dedicated the last 10 years of her life to being of service to the People. An artist, teacher, and student, Jamie leads ceremonies throughout the US and South Africa, such as Inipi (sweat lodges), Fire Ceremonies, Baby Blessings, Weddings and more.

Jamie has often been asked if she calls herself a ‘Shaman’ or ‘Medicine Person’ and how she describes what she does… her answer: “I am an intuitive healer. I use these gifts to serve the People. I am guided by intuition and Great Spirit about which sacred medicine tools to use during healing sessions and ceremonies. I do not claim to be a Shaman, nor do I refer to myself as a Medicine Person; I am simply a woman that has been blessed with the ability to connect with Great Spirit and allow that wisdom and compassion to flow through me to bring about healing in myself and others.”

    Prices are as follows:
20” any hide: $327 +$10 if want dyed red
18” any hide: $317 +$10 if want dyed red
16” any hide: $287 +$10 if want dyed red

Email Jamie with questions or concerns.
Deposits ($150.00) and size & hide choice due by end of the day on April 11th.

    INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR DRUM CHOICES:

Choosing a drum size and hide:
Larger the drum the deeper the sound. Also, thicker the hide the deeper the sound. Hides are as follows in thinnest to thickest order: Deer, Elk, Horse, Buffalo, Moose

Each animal carries many specific energies. A starting point for reference of each is below. It is best to take time to commune with Spirit and/Or your guides and/Or knowing Self and receive guidance on which hide (this can be as simple as a clear intuitive knowing, more of a feeling than thinking or ego decision). Jamie is also available, for a small additional fee, to do a journey to receive guidance on selecting an animal and hide by going into ceremony and journey to ask Spirit which animal wants to come forth to work with you. Once she gets the message from that animal she shares last with you what I received.

    DEER:
    Gentleness
Ability to move through life and obstacles with grace
Being in touch with the inner child, innocence
    Being sensitive and intuitive
Vigilance, ability to change directions quickly
Magical ability to regenerate, being in touch with life’s mysteries

    ELK:
    Stamina, Dignity, Integrity
    Nobility, Regal
    Vision of Fulfillment, Sooth Sayer

    HORSE:
    Presence, Elegance, Journey, Victory
    Freedom, Nomadic Spirit, Endurance

    BUFFALO:
    Provision
    Gratitude
    Abundance
    Consistency
    Strength
    Stability
    Blessing<
    Prosperity

    MOOSE:
    Unpredictability, spontaneity
    Confidence
    All things feminine
    Walking gracefully

Note on how the hides are sourced:
The hides are sourced from a company that sources directly from hunters. The hunters obtain animals only for meat and then sell hides to this company. The company honors each animal and process in a good way. They do not keep a large amount of inventory as they only gain hides during hunting seasons.

NVC Advanced Class - Navigating Relationships with People who aren't into NVC

In this day's work, we will explore how to navigate a wide variety of relationships.  People ask about how it works with people who aren't into Nonviolent Communication.  Difficult People, family members who think and say things that are completely contrary to what I think.

These are the skills we will dive into deeply:

    1.  How to talk in NVC so it doesn't sound like it.
    2.  How to be in relationship with someone who isn't sharing their feelings and needs.
    3.  How to 'care' about everyone's needs, even if they don't care about my own.

We will then end the day with Dance Floors offering participants to practice in real time their NVC skills.

    Time: 10:00am - 4:00pm

A Comprehensive Introduction to Nonviolent Communication

What does it take to communicate in any relationship in a way that connects, and is in integrity with your deepest values?

Meditation, prayer, and other practices can connect you to your values. Yet, when you step back into your daily life you can get lost in a swirl of criticism, doubt, and confusion. You don't always see how to really put your values into action in the situations you encounter, especially when it gets heated between you and someone else.  You need new tools to find and express compassion, love, and honesty.  Where do you start?

        Connection & Clarity

It all starts inside of you. It’s about discovering what goes on in you from the moment you perceive something to the moment you respond. Though it might be just a split second, you cycle through a river of thoughts, impulses, images, feelings, and needs. Shedding light on this river helps you to connect to your heart and respond to what's true for you in the moment.

With more understanding and awareness, you get free from the trap of making decisions based on habits, assumptions, or what you think you “should” do.  And it's easier to communicate in the way you would like.

In this workshop you will learn to:

        • Stay centered in any situation
        • Move beyond stalemates and power struggles
        • Forgive yourself and others
        • Hear the “yes” behind every “no”
        • Express anger or disappointment without judgment or blame
        • Be flexible without being submissive
        • Enjoy openness, honesty, and appreciation
        • Share “quality time” all the time

Experience what life could be. When you see the beauty in every beast, you'll live happily ever after. Fairy tale?   Come and find out.  Join us for this comprehensive introduction to Nonviolent Communication.

        Women's Circle

This circle is meant for women to connect with each other to be heard, to find confidence in who they are in the world, to create more of what we want in our lives and to shine brightly.

        womens circle terrie dancing.jpg

Network Care utilizes an outcomes assessment approach that combines a self-reported wellness profile with a clinical assessment to help review the emerging options for healing and an enriched life.

In The Power of Eight, Lynne reveals her remarkable findings from ten years of experimenting with small and large groups about how group intention can heal our lives – and change the world for the better.

When individuals in a group focus their intention together on a single target, a powerful collective dynamic emerges that can heal longstanding conditions, mend fractured relationships, lower violence and even rekindle life purpose.

But the greatest untold truth of all is that group intention has a mirror effect, not only affecting the recipient but also reflecting back on the senders.

Lynne’s new book details her own journey to make sense of all the miracles she witnessed. She dives into the larger context of the science behind this phenomenon, drawing on esoteric and historical religious practices, studies of prayer and altruism – and finally organizing a major independent university study of Power of Eight groups to explain how and why sending altruistic thoughts of healing in a group setting is a fast track to the miraculous.

From the hundreds of case studies and a complete how-to of Lynne’s techniques, you will learn to use the collective energies of The Power of Eight and unleash the power you hold inside of you to heal your own life.

            BOOK CLUB AND INTENDERS CIRCLE

Limiting this group to eight as the book suggests.  We will read this book together, uncover the highlights and use the power of intention, the group and the field to craft our own intentions and witness the results.  Each week we will learn more and share our intentions, one by one, witnesses and supported by the group.

We will meet every other Tuesday for 16 weeks - a total of 8 sessions together.

COST: $18.00 per week / $144.00 for the series

NVC Advanced Class - Mourning Process, Requests and Practice

Mournings are a critical skill/understanding/practice of Nonviolent Communication.  The purpose and outcome of doing this has a wide variety of benefit.

            1.  If you are in a relationship that has struggled over time, and you are wanting to really get over things that have happened in the past, this practice is your answer.  Bringing these challenges into the present is the way to have conversations that actually can transform the past.
            2.  Remembering to accept responsibility for our part in a conflict and discuss it in a way that reflects our acknowledgement without blame is transformative.
            3.  Rather than staying in the cycle of 'doing something wrong, apologizing and/or feeling guilty, this practice will free you from this ongoing suffering.

            Making Requests

We will dive in deeply and explore this topic

            1.  The kinds of requests you can make
            2. Differentiating between requests and demands - really
            3.  Understanding the energy of making requests - slowing conversations and situations down enough to remember why we are making the request in the first place.
            4.  Coming up with way more requests (strategies) than you think possible in every scenario and then considering which ones you might make.

We will then have an opportunity to work with the Dance Floors to practice this work with each other.

Join me this morning for this essential practice.  Just doing this well will make a difference in your relationships!

Network Care utilizes an outcomes assessment approach that combines a self-reported wellness profile with a clinical assessment to help review the emerging options for healing and an enriched life.
