Refund and Cancellation Policy

Coaching Sessions:

Payment is due at the time of booking. If a scheduled session must be canceled or rescheduled, a 24-hour notice is expected in order to receive a full refund (minus a 5% transaction fee), unless we have reached a mutual understanding regarding another arrangement. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24-hour notice, I will refund 50% of the payment (or in the event that you have not pre-paid, I will expect to receive 50% of the payment) unless other agreements have been or can be made.

In the unlikely event that I will cancel a coaching session and you have pre-paid, please rest assured that your payment will be refunded in full unless we have agreed to reschedule and use the funds for the new session date.

Classes and Workshops:

In the event that you register for a class and find that you are not going to participate, 5-days notice is required to receive a full refund for the cost of the workshop, minus a 5% transaction fee. Less than 48-hour notice will be not be refunded. In all cases, if this policy presents a hardship, you are invited to contact me so we might negotiate an agreement that works for us both.

In the event that you are participating in a workshop series, please understand that the price is for the complete series and there will be no refund for missed classes. I will do my very best to offer you the course material for the date(s) missed.

In the unlikely event that a class is canceled or rescheduled, please rest assured that your payment will be refunded in full. If the class has been rescheduled and you would like your payment to be applied to the new date, we will do that. If no new date is offered, or if you are unavailable to join the class at the rescheduled time, we will fully refund.

Private Mediumship Session:

When you register, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card. Your card will not be charged until after I have reached out to your loved one and verified that they are willing to meet with me. If I receive an affirmation that they are willing to meet, I will charge your card. In the unlikely event that they do not wish to meet with me, I will not charge your card and your appointment will be canceled. This will likely occur within 48 hours of your registering for a session.

Self-Guided Online Programs:

Once you purchase a self-guided, online program from our website, you have 24 hours in which to ask for a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee. Any refund requests made between 24 and 48 hours after purchasing, we will send you a 50% coupon to be used within 30 days toward the cost of another program of your choice. Beyond 48 hours, no refunds are offered.

Products:

If your product arrives at your door damaged, we will send a replacement as soon as we have one in stock. Please reach out at terrie@getbacktolife.org with your order number and details concerning the damage.

If you find that you no longer like the item or it isn’t what you imagined from seeing it on our website, we will not offer a refund. In that case, please reach out via email, and possibly we can find a solution that meets all of our needs.
