Wow! Your knowledge of HVAC, your quirky interest in it and capacity to explain the details, mixed with your dependability is such a win for me! I am feeling quite safe in having my heat and hot water needs met now that I have switched from depending on the installers, who I think never really quite understood their product and who just weren’t coming here to fix/maintain my system. I think I really didn’t have consistent domestic hot water until you arrived last year. I have been enjoying it on the daily, and noticing it. Plus Todd, your fees seem reasonable to me (and as you tell me, to you as well.)
