Dear Josh

I know I thank you on the regular. I’m so grateful 11 years ago you stepped into my mess of a house renovation project and let me know what was happening. Then you stayed and GCd (as well as swung a hammer) to complete this home beautifully. You are so trustworthy, and were even when you didn’t know me and I didn’t know you. While the beginning was a nightmare, my story ended beautifully. It has been a joy to become friends with you, to experience your generosity and your craziness. Somehow everyone you know is invited into your family. I’m consistently amazed at how uch energy you have and your enthusiasm for life. Maybe a bit dramatic, yet I think that’s how you could step into my situation and manage all the details.
