Dear Outside Street Lights

Ever since they ‘upgraded’ you to the LEDs (or whatever they actually did) the light outside my home has decreased just enough to not uncomfortably impact the nighttime. Still illuminating the street, and shedding some light in the house, somehow the light is less bright in the house, which I like.
