Dear Body

Wow! You really showed up this morning. It snowed easily a foot or so overnight. Maybe even more. had someone lined up to shovel because I thought it would be too much. I’d post a pic, but I’m doing pictures. Truly the snow is lovely. It is the wet, and heavier kind and the people on television were saying it’s the heart attack kind to shovel. In the morning, I just decided to try to shovel before I decided that I couldn’t. I’ve always been very strong, yet in recent years I’ve been struggling with strength and endurance. Much to my relief and joy, I was easily able to shovel, not only push the snow, I could lift it. I dug my car out as well. My body showed up and served me well.
