I don’t know, doesn’t that imply that there is something wrong with the old you? Which is the you, you are right now.
It is so easy to think there is something wrong with us.
How about returning to the original you? How about uncovering and re-discovering all that is good with you right now? That you aren’t required to be new and better.
Begin to appreciate all the wonderful things about yourself that already exist. In a way you can consider this a gratitude practice. What are the gifts you bring to the world?
