Mindfulness Meditation Facilitated by Zen Practitioner Kim Fleisher, M.Ed

There’s a reason mindfulness practice is called a practice. It’s something you do over and over. It’s both helpful in the moment, and it also serves as training/skill-building for how you respond in the world (including how you treat yourself).

My teacher, the 93 yr old  Zen Master and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh reminds us, “Mindfulness is a path, not an instrument.”

Walk with me?
