* ABOUT MEGHAN*
Meghan began practicing yoga at age 14 with her mother. She began teaching yoga in 2007 which eventually led her to Colorado where she attained a Master's Degree in Eastern Religious Studies focusing on yoga history, theory, and philosophy. She also attended the Earth Based Institute as a therapeutic based wilderness guide trained in Gestalt therapy, grief/loss counseling, PTSD counseling/support, meditation instruction, and somatic psychotherapy. Her journey then led her to India working as a women's yoga & healing retreat assistant in the hills of the Himalayas. She returned to the states transformed and more ready to fully devote herself to the healing of the collective, both human and nature, seeing that we can rise together in community, forgiveness, acceptance, and connection.
