Needs for the New Year

As you likely know, resolutions rarely have the impact we are hoping for when we make them.  Statistics show that by January 18, the bulk of us have abandoned those resolutions.

In this class we will go through a process of connecting to the needs that are driving our desires to make change.  Reflecting on the year past, and identifying what you want to create and/or focus on this year, we will use our needs list to develop many strategies to meet those needs.   

Having the touchstones in place, you are more able to ebb and flow with the realities of life and make new strategies to meet those needs over the long course of time.

We will be using some creative techniques to have you leave with a plan for 2018!!
