Dear Philadelphia Parking Authority

You sure are good at what you do. While I don’t particularly appreciate having a parking ticket, I was parked illegally and you caught me in the ten minutes I was there. Bravo. and Augh! You give me the opportunity to remember all the other things I am MORE grateful for. There are many!!
