Dear Paper Towels

For soooo many years I wouldn’t use you in my kitchen. My thought was that you are such an unsustainable product and never was I going to have you in my place. Well, I use you now and while I use you judiciously, you often serve the perfect purpose. In t he kitchen, I will use you when I just don’t want to ruin a kitchen towel, and I will often use you over and over, so a bit more sustainably than maybe you were designed for.
