Bob of boy am I ever grateful for your time and attention and how pleasant you were with me on the phone. Together you navigated me through the system and resolved my issues. It has been quite a grind and in one day (or so) you solved all the mysteries. And, seemed quite happy to do so! Or at least interested in serving the public well. You listened and did the work on your end that needed to be done. I am grateful and relieved.
