Wow! What a joy your yoga class was! Super Surprised and yet, maybe not really. It turned out that your request to film yourself teaching me, while I remain off camera worked out so beautifully. I was so afraid that I wouldn’t be able to do 15 minutes let alone the 1 hour 15 minutes! Your voice, your directions all so crystal clear and easy to follow, yet not too much talking.
