You are the guy who Tommy referred to me who came and did some quirky repair work. So grateful that you came a few years back, and unike the roofers who showed up to solve the soft spot in my fiberglas roof deck, you suggested that we look at the problem from the inside. Cutting big chunks of drywall in my ceiling to decide if indeed there was water infiltration and there was not. Rather than the suggestion of a few roofers who were wanting to charge upwards of $15,000 to replace the roof, I paid a few hundred and since thenb there still has been no evidence of a leak. YOur wisdom and skills and reasonable fees for the work you offered are still so greatly appreciated by me!!
