I’ve mostly heard your praises from Josh. I’m not sure if we’ve ever met. When I called you to help me with my hot water problems, you came within hours and brought your brother and other person. While only able to address what you thought was the issue (so far, so good), the company who manufactured the unit was unavailable to help you suss out the specifics. So far you haven’t asked for payment, even though I offered. Three plumbers, for 1-2 hours each, no charge? Unheard of! Thank you for coming to my home within hours of my call.
