I feel so much calmer now that you have explored with me what the problem likely is, even thinking you could do the work, yet the plumber is nearby and reliable for sure. I’m remembering that reliability is one of the most important needs I have. I also have used this neighborhood old school person and think he will easily be able to help me out.
