Dear All Those Who Show Up

One of my core needs is reliability. When people say they will show up for any reason, or call at a certain time, and then do exactly that, I feel so calm and delighted, relief and inspired. I have learned ways to support myself in having thhis need met as deeply as possible, yet sometimes it is just so fun to have others join me in this.
