When I originally joined Terrie's practice I went to correct my
poor posture. I could sense that if I did nothing I would likely
develop serious back problems later on. Little did I know that Terrie
and her work is a form of healing in the broadest sense of the word.
Yes, my posture has improved -- just last week three people independently
noticed the changes. However, the Network approach has led me to
a greater sense of total body awareness, energy flows, and connectivity,
integration and engagement with myself and others, all of which
are benefits that I did not anticipate or imagine. Intellectually,
I very much want to comprehend the changes brought about by Terrie
and NSA, but I'm deliberately trying to get my mind out of the way
and simply notice the experience and results. Getting going in Network
involves a leap of faith that good things will happen. Take the
leap.

Dr. Terrie Lewine has changed my life. I
came to her over two years ago with stiff muscles and an aching
lower back. I had seen over 5 different chiropractors previously
and none of them could improve my limited flexibility or eliminate
my lower back pain. I came to Dr. Lewine skeptical about why this
experience would be different from any of my previous experiences
with other chiropractors. Dr. Lewine told me that she could help
me and she has delivered. The results have exceeded my expectations
so much so that I have no more lower back pain and I am performing
yoga poses that I never dreamed possible. My testimonial is not
an infomercial or a sales pitch; Dr. Terrie Lewine has given me
an opportunity to have a life that I truly never knew existed.

| Terrie is so much
more than a Chiropractor. She is a friend, a confidant, a listener,
and most of all, a healer. I began my treatments with Terrie over
3 years ago. I was in a lot pain - both physically and emotionally.
I wanted so badly to understand why I felt the way I did and to feel
better. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. Terrie was so
patient with me. She explained what was going on (over and over until
it got through) and at times was one of the few people who understood
my desperation to feel better again. I now feel better than I've ever
felt. I am so much stronger than I ever dreamed -- both physically
and emotionally. I got off a number of medications, quit smoking (after
15 years), and exercise in a gentler way. I listen to my body and
let it tell me what it wants. It's a wonderful feeling to be so in
tune with my needs. I am hooked on network care. I can't imagine my
life without it or a practitioner as caring, compassionate, and gifted
as Terrie!

Let's
see...in 10, 000 words or less...often now I will feel a build-up,
or gathering, of tension in my mid to upper spine and then, like magic,
an immediate and immensely gratifying release of that tension
completely
gone/no longer detectable
like my body acknowledged the tension
and dealt with it in that instant. Most times I can also hear this
process as well, and what often follows is a big deep breath. I now
know that my spine has strategies and pathways available to release
its own tension that was simply not accessible to me prior to receiving
'network' care with Terrie (and some other practitioners along the
way). I have experienced movement and shifting along my entire spine,
and elsewhere, that I had never in my life felt before, even having
been resigned to never feeling 'that area'--most specifically my sternum.
I know this work to be completely transformational and I see Terrie
as dedicated to my healing and others'. Under Terrie's care--not to
mention her tranquil office--I can come, be myself, and truly experience,
sensationally, my ongoing wellness without my mind, and all its limitations,
getting in the way. Where I was cynical before about 'things getting
better' or just feeling better in general, I am now inspired to study
this work and to be more and more proactive in feeling the way I always
dreamt, and knew, I could feel. Thank you SO much!!

Since I've been coming for care, I've found
myself calmer, less angry and confrontational in disagreements,
more compassionate and tolerant in personal interactions generally,
and more willing to try to understand and compromise with others.
Even some of my aesthetic preferences have changed. Where I had
preferred listening to hard rock and top 40 music,I now find myself
drawn to softer, more tranquil music, and I have been enjoying the
romantic comedies I used to find silly, instead of the violent action
flicks I previously preferred. I feel that, as a person, I have
softened and opened emotionally.
